Nowadays we become the center of hot forging products both semi-processed and processed. Our hot forging process is highly delicate and has universal quality standard for car suspension parts industry,etc.
OBJECTIVES AND LIMITS OF QUALITY CONTROL: Ekco Forging Products Co.,Ltd. foresee about advantages and importance of organization development in order to be progressive in production and personnel. So,the management have a policy to use standard certificate ISO 9001: 2008 for following objectives: 1) To develop and improve organization to be universal standard continuously. 2) To convince customers rely on our company. 3) To make customers satisfy to our company. 4) To increase capacity and efficiency. We bring the mentioned standard certificate ISO 9001:2008 to improve all departments, i.e. manufacturing,designing ball joints and various suspension parts including hot forging orders from outside such as hot forging of some suspention parts,colouring,surfacing,etc. We also control out source in purchasing and seller controlling.
